Rosario Therapy Center is a team of highly trained, compassionate, and dynamic therapists committed to providing quality accessible services for marginalized and underserviced communities. Our team at Rosario Therapy Center has over 17 years in providing unique, client-based, and targeted care for people of all ages.
Our team in Germany has focused on providing collaborative and specialized care for our vulnerable American military families and expatriate civilians. Over the years, Rosario Therapy Center has developed into an integral part of an invaluable network of overseas providers, bridging the gap of availability of English and Spanish-speaking multidisciplinary care for our diverse community.

Our team in the United States accommodates our communities who have limited access to services via collaborative and dynamic teletherapy support in schools and in-home. Our team is experienced in providing individualized school-based care with special education teams in various states across the country. We provide client-based supplemental services for families in need within the comfort of their homes; these services produce the same positive evidence-based outcomes as in-person services.
Location
We are a multisite group servicing the Kaiserslautern, Bavarian, and Wiesbaden American military communities in Germany. Remote and military communities not listed do have access to services contact us for more information. Rosario Therapy Center also provides services in Florida and New York states in the United States. We work with our clients to provide multimodal services that fit their needs and our availability such as in-clinic, in-home, virtual, and in school.
Insurance & Billing
Rosario Therapy Center Germany is a direct biller for several US based insurances. We proudly support our military families by being a preferred provider of Tricare Overseas. Rosario Therapy Center U.S is currently an out-of-network provider and will supply superbills for insurance submission. Rates vary by need and time, please contact us for more information.
Who We Are
Sultana Rosario, M.A., CCC-SLP
Founder/Executive Director/Speech Language Pathologist
Sultana Rosario is a Speech Language Pathologist, Founder, and the Executive Director of Rosario Therapy Center. She personally oversees all clinical treatment performed at the clinic. Her expertise, vision, and guidance ensure a philosophy of integrated, collaborative, and evidence-based services.

Sultana is a graduate of CUNY Lehman College located in New York City with her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She is passionate about helping infants, children, adolescents, and adults reach their full potential through speech, language, and communication. She is ASHA certified, holds licensure in the states of Florida and New York as a speech-language pathologist, and has completed several specialty trainings focusing on feeding, myofunctional therapy, and autism. Sultana is currently pursuing ASHA board certification in swallowing and swallowing disorders, certification in oral placement therapy, and orofacial myofunctional therapy.

Sultana has dedicated herself to developing and bridging access to services within the community for over 17 years. She has a wide array of clinical experience across the lifespan working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Sultana believes in collaborative, dynamic, and client-based partnerships with families and additional community providers that have fostered the highest quality of care for all children and adults.
